@Nathon Norberg You get your settlement check for about 10%?
I just got my check for about 10% of what I lost. Frustrating that Erentpayment is not liable for the entire amount or that insurance doesn't cover it. I will never say anything good about eRentpayment and I suggest everyone avoid using them!

@Monte K. Cozy is way to go. DO NOT use eRentpayment. Look back at previous threads on all the money they lost their customers (including me).

I dont know the answer, but I would drag him through court if cash for keys didn't work. He obviously isnt trying to get a job after this long. Whats the alternative.. ya keep losing $. Check with Tschetter Sulzer P.C.

Yes, I do in CO. It's very easy, all you need is a trust doc. You would QC your current properties to the Trust. As simple as that.

@Micki M. I am familiar with them from the SFH world. They flip and wholesale here and are legit. Didn't know they got into storage or know anything about their track record on that side.

Shortage of skilled contractors that can do these type of projects, so they can get those prices.. Supply and demand is why in my opinion. I agree, it's outrageous.
