Looking for Duplex in North/NW Indianapolis

Hey everyone,

Wasn't sure of the best place to put this, but...

I am considering purchasing a nice Duplex in Indianapolis.  My bother/sister in law are moving back from England, and will be renting for a while.

Looking for a duplex that was built to be a duplex (...as opposed to a converted SFR).

If you have anything, preferably turn-key or post-rehab (but I'm open), let me know.

I own 2 duplexes in NE Indianapolis in the Castleton area.  Both are great money makers.  Duplexes are in high demand in the area but if you can find them at a decent price, they have great potential.
