Spending most of my time saving and get my credit straight for my first investment and hit a wall.....just reviewing, reviewing, reviewing my "buy and hold" plan, until I couldn't anymore and then I hit a wall, until.....

Listening to podcasts that are up my alley, even though im sure they are all very informative, I leaned something to keep the motor running, "What is the next ACTIONABLE thing I can do?" I ask myself that question all the time, but I always considered everything I do was towards my goal but in essence, it just kept me in the same cycle. So, with that question and listening to other investors, new paths were shown to me and now im a little more comfortable with my strategy.

This post was to give praise to the podcast and how much appreciate this resource.
