Where could I get a list of Fractional (Timeshare) Owners and their mailing addresses?

Does anyone know where I could find or buy a list of fractional ownerships (timeshares) for the Ritz Carlton and The Sebastian in Vail, Colorado.  I am told the deeds are recorded but I cannot find any special warranty deeds for these two properties.  Does anyone know someone in the area that might have the list(s) for sale?
