I was trying to come up with all the fear-fueled terminology that the press has used to describe the current and past incarnations of the economic/housing issues. I'll list a few, but if you can think of others, please share:

- Housing Bubble
- Housing Crisis
- Mortgage Crisis
- Housing Doom
