I'm a soon-to-be new investor and I just want to say hello and introduce myself. I'm Kia, a real estate agent here in Atlanta and I'm going to be getting into investing here shortly. I'm getting my financial foundation in order right now, but soon I will be ready. I have been OBSESSED with listening to BiggerPockets' podcasts all day at work and during my commute, so I've decided to stop lurking and introduce myself. I am looking forward to networking with some of you in the near future 😁 Keep up the great work y'all (in my southern twang).

Hey Kia, welcome to the family!

Your "strategy" (aka common sense) of saving up capital is very smart, do whatever it takes to save as much as you can if you are serious about investing. Business mogul Gary Vaynerchuck talks constantly about "eating dirt" for a period of time so that you can reach your goals in the future.

Whenever you need help getting started, don't hesitate to reach out, I have a strong connection with a hard money lender, and I personally sell investment properties in need of rehab. Again, welcome!
