There is a weekly breakfast meeting (no need to buy a breakfast) in Philadelphia. I live in London UK and was visiting relatives south of Philadelphia so I figured I would drop in. It was fun. Small group, active investors and people getting started. Different strategies (wholesaling, BRRR, licensed agents, property mgmt, construction and remodeling, finance, landlords, etc).
