Wayfair and fully furnishing

Hi everybody,

I enjoy going through everybody's posts while I save up and prep for my first purchase. There has been something I've been growing more curious about.

I work at a Wayfair call center and receive the occasional call from people buying furniture for their rentals or others who need door knobs and pulls for houses they are building and selling.

Over the past month or two I have been receiving significantly more phone calls from people who are furnishing condos to rent. I actually suggested bigger pockets to a few people because they were panicking about their first rental.

My question would be is it more common to rent a fully furnished condo/apartment than unfurnished? I kind of assumed only student living would come furnished.

Is fully furnished becoming more popular?
