Educator Beginning Investing

Is there anyone here that can give tips about how to balance being an educator and starting to invest? I’m passionate about what I do, but really want to begin investing.

@Brionne Smith

Hi, I was in a similar boat as you! I would line up properties to see after school and look for them on zillow/ MLS on the weekends. It was tough because good properties go so quickly. This summer, my husband and I hustled so hard. We finally are under contract with our first flip. However, during all of this we just welcomed our second child. I love teaching and loved my building/ school culture. But in order to make moves for my family and really have the time to hunt for houses, I decided that I am going to resign. Hard decision, buge risk, but no risk no reward.

Disclaimer: I am married and we can survive on my husbands salary for now:)

Good luck!
