Hello! I am new to real estate and looking to get started with wholesaling. Is there anyone in the Saint Louis area already doing wholesaling? Anyone doing fix and flips in this area? I’d love to chat and network!

Good morning everyone! I would like to start off by saying that I am a very ambitious individual, who loves to learn and soak up knowledge. I am an educator who will be moving into the position of a principal next year and a single mom (by the way I only mention that so that you that you get a feel of who I am as an individual).

Anyways, as odd as it may sound, even with being a principal in the near future, I know that would involve spending way too much time to obtain the money and time that I am interested in having. That’s why I am falling in love with real estate! I am interested in buy and hold properties, but am having a bit of trouble getting starting due to lack of expenses and debt. I have managed to purchase the home I live in. It was bought with the intent of being a rental property. I am now also looking into wholesaling. I believe that wholesaling could be a great way for me to get my foot in the door (if done appropriately of course). Needless to say, I don’t know what I’m doing, but am learning as I try to work in on the acquisition end of things and network to create more ease when I move into the disposition phase and get a property under contract.

I am looking for anyone in the Saint Louis area that is willing to network and communicate. I would really like to work with someone who has experience in wholesaling, but know that there’s so many other people that would be beneficial to communicate with as well!
