Black Friday Sales?

Black Friday Sales are already going on for this year.

Which has me thinking...is this the time to stock up on things that you would need for future rental maintenance/flips/rehabs/etc.?

For example, Lowe’s is having 25% on Recolor paint right now. Should I just use this sale to stock up on all my future investment properties’ painting needs?

Appliances are usually on sale for Black Friday also. As long as I have the storage space, seems like buying things during this month will help the bottom line in the long run.

Any investors on BP employ a similar strategy and do heavy shopping/stocking up during these sales holidays?

As investors, we are always looking for great deals. Why not always be looking for deals for the supplies/tools/equipment we will need for our REI business as well?
