@Corey Duran Im an agent in Southeast Houston/Galveston. Youre not wrong at all, but there are deals to be found. Link up with a great agent - and then use your skills as a contractor to force appreciate properties that others don't want to deal with. Using cash helps be competitive so if youre looking into flips or BRRRR I recommend partners or HM loans.
