Bangor/Orono ME home inspector / property management?

Question

Hi folks. Getting into the rental market in Orono/Bangor area and would love any recommendations for local home inspectors and property management companies. I received a recommendation for Hughes Property Management in Bangor, but cannot even get them to return a call, which pretty much takes them off the table for handling tenant issues.

Appreciate any local insight/referrals!

David Roberts of Pine Tree Home Inspections did the inspection on our home west of Bangor last fall. He was early for the appointment, thorough, and very professional. The seller was there and made it challenging for David, but he handled it very well.

This was my first home inspection in Maine, but I've had three done in Florida by very good inspectors (two foreclosures with lots of problems for them to find).

I'm in the area as well in Bangor/Brewer area, formerly Bradley/OT. I don't have any investments yet but I'm very familiar with this area.

The only other person I know for property management is Marsh Property Management, I have met and done some work for Kurtis Marsh with his vehicles. I know he is a great person, very active in Bangor Breakfast Kiwanis and a couple other good organizations around here, I can only assume he brings the same ethic to his work.
