Assembling Team Midcoast/Downeast Maine
Hello there!
First post:) We live in Midcoast Maine, are new to real estate investing and are looking to assemble a team.Any recommendations on lenders and agents ect. versed in investing?
We are attempting to acquire the property we rent, a duplex and begin a portfolio in Maine. Our other interests include investing in land for low impact STR's and investing in older multi-family units and renovating for efficiency here in Maine.

I'm a new investor in the midcoast area too! We have One 2 unit in Bath and a new STR in Southport (near Boothbay Harbor). We love Brent Sawyer from Portside Real Estate Group - he's an investor and super knowledgeable about this area. For lender's we have been very happy with Kate DiBiase from Northstar Mortgage. Brent will recommend her if you work with him:)
