Looking for a Real Estate Agent in or around Silver Spring

I am investor investing and living in Baltimore Maryland. My job is taking me to Fort Belvoir and I am interested in getting a SFH in the Metro area of DC that I can use a 203k loan to purchase and rehab with. I don't know the area very well and I was looking for a Real Estate Agent who could help me out.
