Hello BP,

I am new to BP and have been delving into the vast amount of resources provided by this site. A wealth of information! I thank you all for spreading the knowledge and love to newbies like myself. I have been trying to find the 2 important documents necessary to begin and close deals. However, I haven't had any luck in the forums or marketplace. Would any of the MD investors have any templates or documents I can tweak or they're willing to share?

Thanks In Advance,

~Nillion

I would suggest contacting a real estate attorney to draft these documents for you. It will cost you some money, but will save you a lot of headaches and liability going forward.
