Reinstating Forfeited LLC in Maryland

I'm purchasing a property from a seller with a Maryland LLC that was forfeited in 2016. He's asked me to help him reinstate the LLC so it can be brought to "good standing" and be allowed to sell.

Are there any vendors that specialize in SDAT paperwork so I can outsource this task?

Will Maryland require us to pay all the back-fees on the annual $300 missed filing fees?
