What Do you Spend the Most Time on?

The saying work smarter and not harder is great, but is it put into practice. I'd love to hear what your normal day looks like? Is it spent "thinking" about what you need to do, or doing busy things that need to get done, or are you high level thinking and planning for the next phase?

Finding and analyzing 100%. I've done little marketing up until now but am about to start a campaign. That will probably be the most time consuming though I'm guessing. Everything after offer acceptance is really pretty streamlined for me.

Looking for and analyzing deals is probably 80% of my time. The other 20% is overseeing existing projects.

Right now most of my time is spent on learning & education and networking. Some time is spent on finding & analyzing deals, but since I don't plan to invest at this time, it is more to have a feel for the market.

I completely agree on the networking aspect! I have been in this business for a while and feel it is my duty to network and give back some of my knowledge to newer investors!!

I would say 50% networking, 25% deal analysis, 25% whirlwind of managing tenant needs and maintenance requests.

I think the best ROI is helping others (part of networking). Time and time after again it's proven to come back with a new opportunity or connection that has accelerated my real estate journey

Spent my lunch on a call talking to new investors and giving back what I know.  Market knowledge as mentioned is very important even when you are not necessarily in the market for deals.
