Frederick County MD rent control

Anybody know what the laws are regarding raising rents in Frederick County, MD? Couldn't find it on the county website. I wanted to know if you can raise rents during the emergency, and if so, is there a limit?

Thanks!

 No current rent freeze state wide.  None in Frederick County. Montgomery County has limited rent increases to the normally voluntary guidelines.
