Real Estate Attorneys - Southern NH

Hey everyone,

Would like to find a solid RE attorney in the state that can provide council when things occasionally get thick. Most of the attorneys I’ve dealt with have been a bit casual and not people I’d like advice from when push comes to shove. Does anybody here have experience with someone solid practicing in NH?

Nick Kanakis at Merra & Kanakis, P.C. They do a lot of landlord work. Nick is on the Nashua planning board also. 

J.L. Sweeney of Sweeney & Sweeney, PC. I just did a fairly complicated deal with him representing the buyer did a great job.
