Hey BP fam!

I'm in the market for a lender who will refi my multi-family in the Mercer County New Jersey area. It's fully performing with great tenants and in fantastic shape. If there are any local banks in the Ewing, Hamilton, Trenton, Bordentown, West Windsor, Robbinsville, Princeton, area interested in a long-term note with competitive terms please reach out! Thanks!

I've been using Credit Union of New Jersey but they have recently scaled back in Trenton. Only 50 LTV now.
