Deal Flow for Flips in NJ

How are you guys getting deals across you for fix and flips? I have been doing fix and holds for a number of years and this year I am eagerly looking to do flipping projects. I reached out to about 10 wholesalers on Google and they all seemed to be jokers because I got crickets as responses. How are you guys getting deals presented?
