Rochester NY Landlord Insurance

Hi all,

Was wondering which insurance company you used for coverage on your rental properties. I've been using American Modern for DP-1 and Liability, but they jacked up my rates a good amount this year. I've never filed a claim or anything.  Just wanted to hear some local recommendations. Thanks!
