Hi everyone! I'm looking to start out my investing with purchasing multifamily home that I can use to jumpstart into BRRRR. Is there any specifics about LI/NYC I should know before starting? Or if anybody has advice/referrals/etc for me as I begin my journey. Feel free to comment or DM, Thank you!
