Hey! unfortunately i don't. My lender doesn't do Helocs but i can look into it and see what i can find locally.

@Kya Cooley hey congrats I’m really excited for you. I’m making connections with agents in my area beginning my process of evaluating properties trying to build my team. If you are open to connecting whatever you are comfortable I’m open to it. I’m just trying to build and network to bounce ideas off of folks. I figure it’s easier getting into this with like minded individuals.
