Advice for new investor in Ohio

Hello all! My name is George and I'm a rookie investor with an intention of purchasing my first rental property in 2022! I live in Northeast Ohio (Warren, OH) and I I would like to house hack a multi-family unit to get my feet wet, but am willing to purchase a single family as well!
