West Cincinnati Rentals-- Is it working out for you?

Cincinnati Investors, I'd like to know what you know about the west side in terms of rental potential, particularly small multis. What experiences have you had? Good areas? Ones to avoid? Occasionally an interesting opportunity pops up on my radar on the west side but it feels like it might as well be in another state to me, I'm not familiar with it at all. I'm more familiar with areas east of 75. Thanks!
