I am an OOS investor from Portland Oregon. I am looking for an investor friendly property manager in the Columbus Ohio area. If the property manager has experience working with OOS investors, that would be definitely preferred. I would greatly appreciate any referrals.

Hey @Jimmy Lieu I would agree with Remington. I am OOS and just closed on a duplex in Columbus and Donny and his team have been Awesome to work with so far.
