Rent by the bedroom in Ohio

Hello everyone! New investor here. I was wondering if anyone has insight into renting by the bedroom in and around the Cleveland area. Any legal concerns I need to be aware of? (legality of leasing by the room, max occupancy etc)

 I was renting by the room in Columbus, Ohio. One of my duplexes here.

Are you still renting by room in that duplex?  If not why did you stop?

I did it while I lived there. Too much work. I will do it if I do not get a big unit rented for the school year.
