Thoughts on Tax Lien investing

Hi Guys,

I would like to know your thoughts on tax lien investing, which counties would you choose to invest, any other items to consider before you make a decision on it? if the strategy is to acquire properties, what are some things to consider on this?

@Buyan Thyagarajan Pennsylvania is a Tax Deed state, so at PA Tax Sales the taxing authority is selling the Deed not the lien.  If you want to buy Tax Liens, you would need to go to MD, WV, MI, FL, NJ, AZ, IL, IO or CO, among other states.  Tax Sales have been extensively been discussed of BP previously lots of good input from many people,
