Nashville area Mortgage broker

Hi all,

I have a friend and his wife who are moving to Nashville from Rochester. He has received a promotion and relocation is on the table. I am looking for a mortgage broker to refer them to in the Nashville area. This is a standard retail type purchase not an investor.  They own a home now but are not "real estate" people so they have to be retail friendly and expect to answer questions and explain the processes for that area, what's where etc. 

Anyone you have worked with that is on the ball, good bedside manner and knows the area let me know.
