Account Closed Hey guys, I am building a portfolio in DFW but I have my wifes family out in Lubbock and Brownfield.  Im sure you can buy some really good cash-on-cash ROI rentals out there huh?  I have always been leery about out of town rentals but Lubbock might work.  Can you guys give me some insight or some real life examples of your rentals out in Lubbock?  I will be out there from December 23rd through January 2nd for Christams. Would love to meet you guys in person and take you out to lunch.  Let me know!!
