Houston area sweat equity

Hello BP I justed moved to the houston area, I'm new to REI. I'm looking to get into SFH buy and hold BRRR. So if anyone in the area needs a hand with a renovation I am a plumber and can do light carpentry. I would like to give someone a hand and talk REI.
