is $42,000.00 an acre a decent price for farm land in west weber county. the land has utilities on both sides but nearest city sewer connection is a mile away. the purpose of this land is future devolopement for multifamily units. i am searching for deals for an investor friend of mine and not sure if this is even worth bringing to him. its not on the mls i just happened to stumble across this while talking to some local farmers.
