Hello friends in the BP community!

I have a business partner that wants to start investing in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin market.  He's new to real estate, but I've been in for nearly 20 years and all in southern Wisconsin/northern Illinois.  I'd be interested in feedback on the Eau Claire market, communities that are strong for multi-family investment, recommendations on property managers or anything that is relevant.
