RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi
Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi? Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.
Can you please tell me why you only received 1 month of payment ? Mine show only 2 payments when it should've been 6 . How did you get the remaining amount of your back pay ?
I think everyone’s is doin this. Mine did the same thing a hour after it showed pending approval. And it been like that now for 2 months

Has anybody got recertified? I submitted my recertification on 1/11 and i haven’t had any updates. It still says application has been paid.
I have pretty much given up on them, been approved for payment since Nov 16 and nothing.
@Dongieux Shelton that’s absolutely terrible 😞 I am so sorry to hear that it’s taking that long for you . I mean if it’s approved what in Gods name could be taking so long ! Have you gotten the batched message ? I think I’d be calling and emailing the Governor that’s a lot of money for them to be holding up . Are you sure they didn’t send a check and perhaps it got lost in the mail ?
No i never got any batch message or email, it just went to paid. Landlord received 0.01 test deposit around Oct. It has been showing pending beside payment Nov 10th. They said it usually will showed processed with green in the amount when it's paid
I called them they said reps don't have access to payment department or information
That's weird. From all the ones I've seen on here, when it says application paid, it is green and it says processed. But hang in there, u weren't denied. So it's coming 🤞
It looks like there doing something with my application I’ve been stuck on application under review for a month I just went to check and for a second it showed application submitted and all my documents disappeared refreshed the browser and it went back to application under review not sure what it means but anything at this time is something lol

@Account Closed yes I applied on 12/02/2021 it went to in review on 01/11 then updated to pending approval for like a week then went back in review and been like that since for a month now but today it’s either glitching or something because it’s going from in review back to application submitted.
Update !!! landlord finally received deposit in bank account for 2 payments today !
Here is a breakdown of how the process went for me
12/28 Applied
02/09 Waiting for Approval
02/10 Qc Review
02/11 Processed and Paid messages
02/13 Landlord received test deposits
02/14 Batched
02/18 landlord paid
Status is still reading batched and its never updated to anything else other than what I've stated above . DIdn't wait for message to pop up to recertify because I'm still 4 mos behind in rent being that they only paid 2 mos . I still don't understand how that happened , However I just used a different email to recertify and verify my landlord , New application is now stating Application Submitted with new ID number . I certainly hope this helps someone . Especially those of you that have been waiting a longtime . Oh I almost forgot to mention that I spoke to a representative on 02/17 and she mentioned that depending on what county you live in has played a major part in the process . I don't understand that logic but that's exactly what she said .

@Tasha Mac Thank you so much it was quite a wait but once the ball started rolling it went pretty quick ! Hopefully the recertification process goes just as a smoothly and quick ! Surely you should be hearing something soon I’m not sure what to think about what the rep said about counties but I can’t help to wonder if it’s really true . I live in DeSoto County what County are you in ?
