No. I never got an emails saying I was approved or for how much. I just happened to login one day and there was a schedule with my landlords name and the amount I was getting.

Yes!!! I just reapplied. I got a message about recertification on my account letting me know I could reapply again. It ( the recertification message) should pop up after 3 months from the date that you first applied.

I did not receive an actual payment once my application said it approved. It took 3 weeks for my application to show my payment schedule. Then 2 more weeks of the payment being processed and actually being paid. My landlord received money this past Friday.

I was wondering if anybody here opted-in to have their utilities paid too. 👀

My application is still saying approved. Today makes 3 weeks since it’s been approved, and I’m hoping the status changes soon. I literally have a court summons next Tuesday. I know my landlord can’t evict me, but I’m hoping he can get his money by then so I don’t have to waste my time to present my case in court.
Mine has been on payment is being processed for about week are so to and at the bottom it has my landlords name with June 28th and status says paid but he hasn't been paid ànd I called today and the lady told me that payment being processed is the last stage she didn't tell me nothing about a payment schedule. What does your payment schedule say as far as how many days out before you receive the payment. This is ridiculous by time landlords get paid they will be owed a mint again . I have never seen nothing like this been approved since may and here it is July. They got to find a better way to the funds out if they only gave out 1.7 % but the way the process has been for me I believe it
I think they’re doing updates to their system or something because my status still says approved. But under that, it says payment schedule and a 3 column chart that just says my landlord’s name with the date July 6, the amount being paid out, and the status of the payment. Mines just turned to paid today. It’s not an actual schedule.

Also does anyone know how soon you can reapply for another 3 months of aid?
From.what they lady told me when I called you have to apply for all the months you are behind at one time now you know every time you call they say something different just call and see they are pretty good about answering the phone if you call early
I called the hotline, and they said they’re trying to come up with option on the online portal to make it easier to reapply for people who’s already been approved before. The lady told me to call next week because they might be putting that option out in next week or two. From what she told me, people are simply just using a different email address to apply again for another 3 months of aid

My application has been approved since 6/15 and my status has not changed yet! I called the toll free hot line and they literally will not tell you anything besides “check your online portal for status changes”. It’s really frustrating that it’s taking this long to get paid, and my landlord is trying to evict me despite opting in to receive the money.
