Did you receive an email? Did your landlord opt-in to receive the funds? If so, the money is going directly to your landlord and not you unless the email tells you that they are paying you directly. 

 I’ve been looking on the social media pages of the MS-Ramp and somebody said that you have to wait until your first 3 months are up to apply for another 3 months. I don’t know how true that is but that’s what somebody said. 

Ok, so I found out that your application status has to updated to say paid. Once your application has been approved, it has to be processed for payment. I guess trying to get your landlord/utility company the opportunity to opt in to receive the funds. They don’t have a timeline for long it processes but you should receive an email telling you how much they’re paying once it does process. I’m still waiting for my status to say paid. 

My application has been approved since Tuesday, but I haven’t heard anything from them about money. Have you received an email from them or anything? 

I’m still waiting for that. I have no idea if they sent any money out as of yet, but I’ll update as my progress continues  

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”. 

I applied 6 weeks ago and haven’t received any funds. The online portal is suppose to help you track the status of your application, but mines still say application submitted after 6 weeks. I tried calling the toll free number and speaking to someone directly. They’re not disclosing any information. Just telling you to use the portal to monitor your application.
