Investor Friendly Title Companies - Birmingham

I currently live in Virginia.  I started investing in the Birmingham area because I have boots on the ground with family in the area!  I'm looking for a reliable title company that has experience with investors and wholesalers.  Please provide any suggestions!

Birmingham has a number of really good closing attorneys that have their own title companies. I prefer to have my title polices pulled independently from the closing attorney. If you would like me to email you who we use shoot me an email.
