I’m an out of state investor and would love to work with an investor/realtor who can work with me to assess a property in Anchorage. I have the raw data but need someone with local knowledge. Can anyone recommend a good realtor that has excellent contacts with lenders, contractors, and PM?

**Bonus question: can anyone give me some good tips on how to verify a wholesaler is legit and not a scammer? I’ve never worked with a wholesaler before and don’t want to get scammed.

@Mark Askew - That ought to get you a good start.  There aren’t many wholesalers up here, but I’ve seen a few new guys around so they might have something going by now...
