Are there are syndicates in the Sac area that are investing in the Reno / Tahoe Area?

Depends on the type of syndication. For example we have zero leverage in our fund, so the current interest rate environment has little impact on us compared to other asset classes.

We have a mortgage note fund that invests all over the country. we are not in the sacremento area but have office in santa barbara.
