For the people who use buyer's agents to find their cash buyers to dispo wholesale deals are there any tips that you would provide for me? I am all ears and I want to build a list of 10-20 cash buyers who I can send deals to when I find them from other wholesalers. I am steering my strategy towards being a dispo wholesaler for acquisition wholesalers.
