Starting a Southern New England Mastermind
I'm interested in finding 2-6 other guys or gals to form a mastermind focused on all aspects of life, business and money included. Many masterminds are too high level to be of value to newbie's and often don't address long term coaching needs. Likewise, having an environment where you could see actual flips and the numbers behind them will provide much more value compared to YouTube videos
the meeting location will be ethnic restaurants throughout southern New England that have lots of space, good food and deserving of additional patronage. Members can vote on upcoming topics of their choosing and get more value than more commercial profit driven REIAs
borrowing from the corporate idea of open source and Creative Commons. The goal is to help others and to not make a profit
