DEAR MEMBERS;

EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH BIGGER POCKETS IS WORKING HARD TO SUCCEED; EVERYONE, INCLUDING BIGGER POCKETS, IS TRYING TO GENERATE MORE BUSINESS FOR THEMSELVES IN ORDER TO GENERATE THE INCOME THEY WANT.

WHAT IF INSTEAD OF WORKING AS INDIVIDUAL ENTREPENEURS IN BEING SUCCESSFUL; WHY NOT BAND TOGETHER, ACTING AS SHAREHOLDERS, WITH BIGGER POCKETS, IN GOING AFTER BIGGER DEALS, LIKE THE LARGE R.E. OPERATIONS DO, THAT COULD BE EITHER OR BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL, ANYWHERE IN U.S.A. BY BANDING TOGETHER, AND EVERYONE CONTRIBUTING A SHARE OF THE FUNDING, THE FOLLOWING COULD BE PUT INTO PLAY:

   1. BEING ABLE TO MAKE USE OF RESOURCES, SUCH AS CONTRACTORS, APPRAISERS, TITLE COMPANIES, REALTORS, PROPERTY MANAGERS, INVESTORS,ETC. AS NEEDED TO SUPPORT THE EFFORTS OF THE WHOLE GROUP. FOR EXAMPLE, A PROPERTY COULD BE IN ARKANSAS, BUT MOST MEMBERS ARE NOT IN ARKANSAS, BUT THOSE THAT ARE IN ARKANSAS, WOULD HAVE A BETTER IDEA OF THE MARKET IN ARKANSAS AND ALSO KNOW OF RESOURCES THAT THEY CAN WORK WITH TO FOLLOW THRU ON THE ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY AND PROVIDING WHATEVER ELSE IS NEEDED TO MAKE THE PROPERTY A SUCCESSFUL OPERATION FOR THE GROUP AS A WHOLE

   2. AS THE PORTFOLIO OF PROPERTIES GROW, THE VALUE OF THE COMBINED EQUITY, AND MONTHLY CASH FLOW WILL GROW; THEREBY, INCREASING THE NET WORTH OF ALL OF THE SHAREHOLDERS AND ALSO INCREASING THE MONTHLY CASH FLOW THAT CAN COME TO EACH SHAREHOLDER.

   3. AS THE PORTFOLIO BECOMES BIGGER AND MORE VALUABLE, THE GROUP CAN LEVERAGE ITS POSITION WITH OTHER GROUPS, INDIVIDUALS, OR ENTITIES THAT ARE READY AND WILLING TO PARTNER OR JOINT VENTURE TO GO AFTER EVEN MORE BIGGER DEALS TO THE BENEFIT OF ALL INVOLVED.

BY DOING THIS APPROACH, A REAL ESTATE PORTFOLIO CAN BE CREATED THAT COULD BE VERY BENEFICIAL TO ALL INVOLVED; ATTRACT OTHER SOURCES OF FUNDING AND INVOLVEMENT BECAUSE OF THE STRENGTH OF OUR PORTFOLIO; AND ALLOW US TO PARTNER WITH BANKING AND OTHER FINANCIAL RESOURCES IN ORDER FOR ALL TO PROSPER AND GROW.

PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS IDEA; PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK; I FIRMLY BELIEVE IN THE OLD SAYING THAT "2 HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE"; "WHAT ABOUT 100 HEADS, 200 HEADS, ETC. BEING BETTER THAN ONE." I AM WILLING TO LISTEN AND LET US ALL FIND A WAY TO WORK OUT THE DETAILS SO WE ALL CAN BE SUCCESSFUL WITH THIS APPROACH. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU FEEL.
