Finding Vacant Homeowners

I hear investors say that they get "a list" of vacant homeowners and send mailers out to them. Where do they get such lists?? Thanks in advance Stephen

Just curious guys what do I do with the dollars I found while driving. I litterally found 4 bucks in the grass on one of the properties I was driving too. Should I use it for the down payment or put it in the tank in hopes to gind more ???
