Just curious guys what do I do with the dollars I found while driving. I litterally found 4 bucks in the grass on one of the properties I was driving too. Should I use it for the down payment or put it in the tank in hopes to gind more ???

Hey guys, I am wondering if I should establish business credit for my real estate venture first. I am ready to pick up my first rental property but, I am just not 100 % sure. Any help will be greatful !!!!!

You got to love your local Gov't officials, Been calling and leaving messages for the planner on duty here in good ol'e NORFOLK, VA due to them never answering the phone and zero !!!!!! I am still waiting to see if a duplex burns down does it get rebuilt to sfh and then re-convert to dueplex or will it be rebuilt to duplex status ???????

Hey Bp'ers ,  

  There are alot of lower income neighborhoods in my backyard ( not actually in my backyard but you get it) I have alot of oppertunities to be a cashflow monster with the lower entry price point. My question is what are the pros and cons from those of you who are running this niche ??????
