He guys new investor here, I have notice a ton of rental homes in my back yard already and I am trying to decide is my market over satured with buy and hold tentals. Am I too late ? What is everyones take ?

Hello Devon, first and foremost thank you for your service in the armed forces ! I too am new to REI and reside in Norfolk. Have faith in your choice to pursue and absorb as much info as possible and then "TAKE ACTION" .

   BP is a great way to learn and network. I wish you the very best and offer you to stay focused and don't listen to the "noise".
