Adding value to Raw Land!?

I would love to hear opinions on different ways to add value to vacant land!? Look forward to hearing ideas..!

If zoning allows it you could get shipping containers with storage doors. (google  image search "storage containers with storage doors"). Then you are in the self-storage business. Obviously you would have to consult with a lawyer on the legal process/documents/ etc and make sure the numbers work. If you want security cameras and motion lighting just by a little shed with solar panel on top so you don't have to tap into the utilities.

Do you currently know what the land is zoned for?? If so, I can explain how to develop a community and housing layout for any piece of land that meets low rise density requiements in a way that maximizes square footage built...and profits.

Camronn W.  said it all. Guess what I would add here is when I would do a land splits is where the most profit seemed to come from. There are so many ways to make money with raw land. Very misunderstood niche.

I was recently in this situation and managed to rent the land to someone for a nursery (tree nursery not kids). It allows me to pay significantly less in property taxes (since the land is now agricultural) and it allows me to collect a monthly rent check. This could be an idea if the land is an agri zoning.

Bonus - I no longer have to worry about people illegally dumping their trash on the land (contractors dumped a whole roof there once haha) or about other questionable activities going on there that the neighbors would tell me about.

Of course you would need to make sure whatever improvements you are considering are allowed and are financially and physically feasible before proceeding but here are just a few ideas:
