Anyone have an Excel-based BRRRR worksheet/calculator?
Hey everyone,
Just curious if anyone on here had put together an excel-based BRRRR calculator? I can't really justify the PRO membership expense at this point so my uses of the BP version are very limited...

I have an excel version if anyone is looking for one - if you need anything added, removed, tweaked, etc, I'll usually do it since I like the numbers game.
