Hello all, I’m a newbie looking to break into the real estate world. Currently an insurance adjuster and I’ve been working on researching strategies on how to spend my money. I have 30k to get started and I just don’t know what is the best option. I’m open to anything really. Thoughts? I live in the DC area.

@Alexander Cuddeback - Have you considered note investing? Highly recommend it for those who work full time and also have limited money in expensive markets. I am in DC as well and went from trying to compete with all the other investors in the area to the note world and am very happy I made the change during these economic times.
